Our Mission: to provide high standards and broad academic and extra curricular opportunities in a relatively small community where each pupil can be recognised as an individual. The School aims to prove that everyone can excel in some area, given opportunity and encouragement, and to develop responsibility, initiative, self-confidence, self-respect, leadership and concern for others so that the children grow into young adults who are happy in daily life, confident in relationships with others and self-motivated in their work. NCGS.
At North Cestrian we offer all the advantages of a traditional Grammar School education with the additional benefit of close personal attention within a small school.
OPEN MORNING - SATURDAY 26th SEPTEMBER 2015 - FROM 10.30am TO 12.30pm
PLEASE REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
Admission for September 2016 will be through Trafford’s Common Application Form. Eligible parents in Trafford will receive details from the council in September 2015 with school prospectus details available on the council website during August. The school catchment area, which is one of the criteria if we are oversubscribed, is likely to be all postcodes WA14 and WA 15, subject to ratification by the DfE. Our Admissions Policy will be on the Trafford’s website by the end of July.
As this is our first time as part of the Common Application Process, we need to monitor interest to gauge demand and inform our planning therefore we would ask you to register your interest before the admissions process begins, by clicking on REGISTER YOUR INTEREST above.
